Tom joins Pinnacle after an incredible chapter with Capitas, where he led private wealth initiatives and worked closely with advisors, wholesalers, and institutions. His broader career includes roles with The Hartford and Farmers Insurance Group. He attended Ouachita Baptist University, and brings a career defined by trusted relationships, business leadership, and a long-standing commitment to helping advisors and institutions move forward with confidence.

In his new role, Tom will lead a national sales effort, working closely with advisors and institutions to help them identify opportunity, cut through complexity, and drive better outcomes for their clients.
